Kashka is excited to support families as they adapt to pregnancy and birth empowering those she touches with cooperative body awareness and rehabilitation.
Kashka Zerafa comes to Vancouver by way of the Kootenay Mountains, where she spent six years practicing massage. In 2011, she completed the Utopia Academy 3000hr Massage Therapy program and registering as a healthcare professional with the B.C. College of Massage Therapy.
She has been actively involved in women’s health for over a decade. Her interest and skill led her to outreach work with high-risk pregnancies, pre & post cancer treatments and post-natal parents in the neonatal unit.
Kashka thrives off of the physical demands of manual therapy and her sensitivity contributes to her deep influence throughout the body.  Depending on the goal, the modalities she commonly uses are Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular techniques, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation and the use of heat and/ or ice. She is passionate about Craniosacral Therapy, Manual Lymph Drainage and Myofascial Therapy and intends on further training. She is also experienced in promoting the value and performing breast massage.
Kashka’s long term goals include promoting woman’s health care through massage therapy for woman in all stages life.
